a staunch advocate for the inclusion of women in economic solutions for development.
We undertake local capacity building initiatives, which create significant longer-term social and economic impact. For instance, our cashew factory enables technology transfer, brings more foreign exchange, provides skill development and training for local workers and creates direct employment
opportunities for about 1,500 people and indirectly help support the livelihood of over 15,000 rural farming families, who were otherwise unemployed.
